As a Co-Founder, Rizki is responsible for ensuring the foundationÔÇÖs vision is effectively implemented, designing educational training programs, and establishing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. His role extends beyond conceptualization to tangible implementation on the ground.
In addition to his work at the foundation, Rizki serves as Operations Manager at Gultik Gatsoe and works as a freelance crew member at Bojana Event Organizer. Previously, in 2022, Rizki completed a Government Internship program in the Public Relations and Protocol Division of the Central Java Provincial Secretariat, and in 2023 worked as an Assistant Media Analyst at the same agency. RizkiÔÇÖs organizational experience is also very strong, including serving as Head of the Organizational Development Unit of the Student Association and being active in the Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Banyumas community.
Rizki shared a story about how consistency during college became a crucial foundation for building his career.
ÔÇ£The lesson IÔÇÖve learned while starting a business or pursuing any endeavor is consistencyÔÇöitÔÇÖs the key to achieving our desired goals. Along with consistency comes the ability to adapt to real-world conditions, and just as important is innovation, because building a business requires innovation or a unique selling pointÔÇöwhat sets our products or services apart from others in the same industry. IÔÇÖve also always learned how important communication is in everything,ÔÇØ
Closing his story, Rizki shared a message with the younger students in the Information and Public Relations Program.
ÔÇ£My hope for the younger students is that they always maintain consistency in every process and are able to achieve their dreams. Stay enthusiastic, humble, consistent, and observant in identifying opportunities and making the most of every chance that comes your way. DonÔÇÖt be afraid to make mistakes, because they are part of the self-development process. Always maintain integrity, especially when collaborating with stakeholders, because with integrity, trust will grow naturally. Keep moving forward, growing, and developing.ÔÇØ
